Title The Women’s Advocacy Press in New Zealand and Australia, 1888–1905 - JAMES KEATING
DESCRIPTION  My project considers the material and intellectual networks that linked the producers and readers of women's advocacy newspapers in New Zealand and Australia between the late 1880s and early twentieth century. I am interested in these newspapers' common origins, intercolonial trade, relationships between editors, they ways in which they drew on a broader imperial commons, and how editors presented the world of women's activism to their readers.
